Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung officially launched the Digital Guarantee System and witnessed the signing of cooperation between PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Jakarta (PT Jamkrida Jakarta) and PT Solusi Penjaminan Aman on Portal E-Guarantee platform.

Moreover, Pramono highlighted the very low participation of Jakarta's Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMDs) and Regional Work Unit (SKPDs) in utilizing Jamkrida's services, which only reached 1.7 percent.
"I urge BUMD and all stakeholders in Jakarta to increase their use of Jamkrida," he asserted.
According to him, Jakarta contributes 16.61 percent to the national GDP and has an economic growth rate of 5.18 percent. Therefore he encouraged all SKPDs to increase their participation in using Jamkrida services.
"Our BUMD must reach at least 10 percent participation. If we don't lead by example, then who will?" he stated.
President Director of PT Jamkrida Jakarta, Agus Supriadi, said the launch of the Portal E-Guarantee platform is a tangible step in digital transformation. With this effort, the goal is to provide modern, transparent, and accountable guarantee services.
"We pursue digiral transformation to provide all our business partners with quick, safe, and efficient services," he shared.
He reported that PT Jamkrida had provided guarantee amounting to Rp 20.3 trillion as of July 2025. In addition, PT Jamkrida has also absorbed 5,074,000 workers and supported 3,720,000 MSMEs.
"This proves that Jamkrida Jakarta's presence is not only as a guarantee service provider, but also as a driving force for the economy, a creator of job opportunities, and a supporter of MSME growth across the country," he explained.
Through this digital guarantee service, Agus hopes to offer faster, more accurrate, and accountable services, while also expanding access to financing, particularly for MSMEs. This service is also expected to strengthen a sustainable guarantee ecosystem and support for Jakarta's economic growth.
He also invited all stakeholders, from SKPDs, BUMDs, banks to entrepreneurs, to take advantage of this digital platform to create a healthy, transparent, and competitive business environment.
